Our magnificent meeting rooms can be customized for any event whether big or small.

Majuba Lodge Newcastle has conference facilities that can accommodate up to 200 persons (90 seated with tables or 200 cinema style).

We cordially invite you to enjoy the ideal setting for a business meeting, corporate function, small wedding, or other special event.

We can provide for conferencing equipment (Data Projector, Screen, Flipchart, etc.).

Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are scheduled based on the client’s preferences. There are also VIP rooms available.

There are braai- and swimming facilities as addition to the conference facilities. Several government agencies are among our clients.

  • All venues are fully equipped and air-conditioned, except the Garden Hall. The Garden Hall has drop down sides that can be closed or left open for fresh cool air.
  • Our Conference Centres are ideal sized venues for: Product launches, Conferences, Seminars, Private functions and Weddings (Including Traditional weddings).
  • We can comfortably host 200 people under normal circumstances. Covid-19 Regulations apply and limit the capacity that we may host currently.
  • Table and seating options range from Classroom style, U-shape, Cinema and boardroom to banquets, cocktail parties and weddings.
  • Audio-visual equipment (including big screen), PA System, Data projectors, Flipcharts etc can all be provided.
  • We offer break-away rooms with tea/coffee facilities for facilitators to unwind and catch up on bookwork etc. We also offer our guests ample FREE parking facilities around the Lodge and Conference centres.
